Ah! The new year! I don't mind telling you this has been the worse start to a year for a little while now. I lost my very dear Grandmother on the 30th December (same day as Ronald Searle died- a hero of mine) and my two month old niece went into hospital for five days. Thankfully she's ok now. It has to get better.
