I have just finished my M.A in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art and thoroughly enjoyed it. I consider myself an illustrator and I work for a company called 'Creative Minds' who take art and craft sessions to older adults and adults with learning disabilities. The following entries are my drawings and musings. All images are copyright of Kerina Strevens. Please contact me on my website kerinastrevens.co.uk.

The Hare and Now
A good week last week despite delayed and cramped conditions on the trains getting in and out of Cambridge. They would be delayed on a day when I had to get to the hospital to pick my Mum up after a scan too. The day was only brightened by meeting the fantastic illustrator John Vernon Lord, who I escorted to the room he was to lecture from, as the man with him didn't know where it was. We had a nice old chat. The lecture he gave was inspirational too and he signed my book for me which I will now treasure as I treasure my signed Quentin Blake book.
