I have just finished my M.A in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art and thoroughly enjoyed it. I consider myself an illustrator and I work for a company called 'Creative Minds' who take art and craft sessions to older adults and adults with learning disabilities. The following entries are my drawings and musings. All images are copyright of Kerina Strevens. Please contact me on my website kerinastrevens.co.uk.

Books, Books and More Books!
I thought you may like to see where I started with one of the Aesop's Fables and how it got to it's resolved state. I had a giclee print made of this one this week and I'm really very pleased with it. I'm off to Bologna Children's Book Fair next week, so I'm hoping Italy is nice and warm and sunny. I'm not there for too long but I'm looking forward to it. I'm hoping the weather is better this week than it was last week when all the trees were blowing over and the roofs were blowing away. There was a really hard frost this morning which was a little surprising. I'll have to see how many books I can fit in my case to get back from Bologna. I may have to go without clothes or shoes in my case. I'll have to see.
