I have just finished my M.A in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art and thoroughly enjoyed it. I consider myself an illustrator and I work for a company called 'Creative Minds' who take art and craft sessions to older adults and adults with learning disabilities. The following entries are my drawings and musings. All images are copyright of Kerina Strevens. Please contact me on my website kerinastrevens.co.uk.

Shuck Doodles
Just had a lovely weekend with my sister-in-law and nieces. My brother joined us all when he finished work on Friday night. We had a couple of unseasonably warm and bright days and managed to get out and about to the coast and the parks. Very nice and very needed by all. Haven't had a lot of time to be doodling this week but did manage some. I was thinking of the East Anglian legend of Black Shuck, the big black dog who rampaged through Bungay's church and then went on to Blythburgh, where he left his claw marks in the church door. They can still be seen today.
