I have just finished my M.A in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art and thoroughly enjoyed it. I consider myself an illustrator and I work for a company called 'Creative Minds' who take art and craft sessions to older adults and adults with learning disabilities. The following entries are my drawings and musings. All images are copyright of Kerina Strevens. Please contact me on my website kerinastrevens.co.uk.

Where is Spring?
Been having a little play and experimenting a bit as I feel at a bit of a stop at present. Never usually lasts long but I've learned that when it does happen, it's best to mess around with the things you want to try and don't get time to usually. I feel this then frees me up a bit. I'm very good at getting stuck in avenues in my mind. Sometimes you have to just throw things up in the air and see where they land, get that different perspective. I'm hoping to go and see Nick Butterworth talk about the children's books he's done, in Ipswich tomorrow evening. That's if we can get out of the road. It's currently being torn up and replaced as I don't think they've bothered with it since the 1950's.
